How can I be one of the TalentFarm tutors?

If you send a detailed resume to us that meets our requirements, you will be contacted within a few days via email to arrange a discussion with us. During the screening session, you will be further informed about TalentFarm, your job responsibilities, and your salary. Successful candidates will be asked to provide more detailed personal information, a copy of your highest completed transcripts and/or certifications, a criminal record check completed within the last 12 months, and a short video or photo which can best present yourself to potential students.

How can I get students from TalentFarm?

We display your profile and image in our website and other marketing platforms to promote you in the Chinese community. Let us know what your available time slots are and we will match students with you. Students will pay on our online platform, so your salary is 100% secured.

How many hours can I teach every week?

There is no set limit on the amount of hours you can teach. Send us all of your available time slots that match your lifestyle and financial needs, and we will match students with you.

I don't speak Mandarin / Chinese. How can I communicate with Chinese parents who don't speak English?

No worries! That's why we are here. TalentFarm staff will help communicate for you in terms of your students' academic needs, area of interests, scheduling etc.

How can I get my salary?

After you have completed a lesson, money will be put in your TalentFarm account and you can withdraw the money every week via Paypal.

Can I apply for a leave?

Yes. Please let us know at least 24 hours before if you wish to change your available time slots so we can adjust the times and book another teacher for your student.
